easy-to-make choc fudge-the ultimate birrday gift

25 Nov

Easiest ever recipe and i bet my last buck ( cos i hv none) tat its the yummiest edible thing ever!

U need just 4 ingredients and thats the best part!chocolate-fudge-lores

1. a packet of icing sugar

2. a packet of coco power

3. a dabba of milk maid

4. 1/2 kg white butter (non salted)

Now, lets get down to actually making it; it takes about 15 min.

Heat the pan, butter goes in first. melts. add icing sugar while stirring constantly. (clockwise pls. granma says it has some cosmic relevance). add coco powder next. see i dont like obscenely sweet desserts so i use more coco and less icing sugar. u suit ur palate. so thats sorted. by now its a thick paste. fire on sim. finally add milk maid. the gas has to be on until the fudge bubbles along the sides of the pan. pls continue stirring till u get a tennis elbow. 2min after the bubbles come, shut the gas. voila! the fudge is ready!! pour it into a bowl. let it cool for 15 min. garnish with nuts/grate a cadbury bar.

The whole process from procuring the ingredients to setting the fudge takes lesser time than driving down to lonavala (from mumbai ofcourse). besides, this choc. fudge is tastier. especially if ur a meditator!
